I'd even take it a step further. Not having a well-functioning website tells customers and clients that you don't care about making it easy for them to find you. Some businesses would never think about not having an ad in the yellow pages. Yet that's not where the main action is these days. Most couples 35 years of age and under don't even have a home phone. Their cell is their home phone and Google and other search engines are the only yellow pages they use. If you're not there...you lose. How right you are. I’d even take it a step further.
